About The Movie
"When he took office, President William Harrison promised to change America for the better.
Now an unknown enemy threatens the nation's very survival. How would the crisis be affected if
Harrison the nonbeliever suddenly embraces Christianity? The President explores the astonishing
possibilities, delivering a powerful message about the necessity of faith to America's survival,
and the potential to be tapped when faith and politics come together."
The President movie is in development. We have raised $30,000 to date, enabling us to complete a film treatment and detailed business plan. We are in the beginning stage of raising an additional $350,000 which will be used to finance the costs associated with developing the script, obtaining commitments from a director, engaging the services of a casting director and locking in principal cast members, hiring a production manager to complete a detailed budget and shooting schedule, and determining final locations for shooting (together, the "development package").
The core message of the film to Christians in America today will be intentionally choose your worldview, biblical or secular, because we all live by one, and consider its consequences. Will you serve Christ with your everyday choices; your wallet and your vote? On what basis will you choose those who will govern this nation and create its laws?
The President will be a feature-length film, based on the novel by Parker Hudson.
The story will:
- ~ remind Americans that we come from a nation of people that fundamentally held a biblical worldview, taught the same to our children in our schools, and were intentional about reflecting that worldview in our government - REMEMBER
- ~ expose the depravity we have been slipping in to and the underlying worldview behind it--a worldview that is antithetical to our Christian faith--so that people might turn from it - REPENT
- ~ challenge Christians in America to choose whom we will serve, God or man, and reflect that choice by voting into office, people who will govern us into the future, pursuing programs and laws that again reflect a biblical worldview - RETURN
